Support our fellow Christians in Armenia with donations of clothing (for people of all ages, but particularly children), Christmas boxes, housewares, kitchen pots & pans, bedding, and hygiene supplies.  The next collection will be the last week of September 2023. Sign up for the bi-weekly newsletter for Project Agape, by emailing Nara Melkoyan at nmelkoyan@yahoo.com. By God's lead, pray for these people.  Monetary donations accepted through ProjectAgape-Armenia.org, or through Center Church.

The Christmas Store at Summerfield Peace UMC
(we support this ministry at our sister church in Summerfield)

What is the Summerfield Christmas Store?
Well, it’s a festively decorated Christmas “store” where parents who need help providing Christmas gifts for their children can come and shop for presents for them. It’s open one day each year, normally the first or second Saturday in December.

Who does it serve?
Local families who have been screened and selected by an application process based on need. Unfortunately, there is no way to apply to attend the store unless you received an application.

Here’s how it will work…
Participating families will be assigned a designated time to come to the store. When they first arrive, they will be given the opportunity to have family portraits taken courtesy of Charles Lee Photography. These portraits will be printed and available for families to take home to enjoy. Then their children will be taken to an area  to enjoy a fun time of crafts, music and story time. They will also be served a meal.
